PRICE LISTS

Price lists are used to inform our partners about our offer, prices, and the basic goods specifications. Prices are listed in EUR and exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice. Special offers are valid while stocks last. Errors are not excluded.

NOTIFICATIONS

Basic information is delivered to customers by mail and e-mail, as well as published on our web page. The preferred communication tool for business partners is e-mail. If you want to apply for e-mail notifications, send a message to: lea.laznik@spica.com.

ORDERS

The price list sent to customers serves as the basis for creating price quotes according to the customer's demands. The price quote is sent by e-mail at the customer's request.

PRICES

The prices are charged according to the company's price list or written agreement between Spica International, d.o.o. and the customer. An e-mail or a written confirmation sent by mail are considered written agreements.

PAYMENT

A buyer who makes a purchase should pay for the ordered goods as set in the written agreement between the buyer and Spica International, d.o.o.

DELIVERY

Goods are dispatched with a delivery note attached and delivered by a courier service. The buyer confirms the delivery by signing the delivery note. The signed delivery note serves as a confirmation that the buyer received the shipment and products listed on the delivery note. Complaints about the delivered equipment should be sent by e-mail to lea.laznik@spica.com within eight (8) days of the date written on the delivery note. The estimated delivery time for products in stock is up to 30 days from order placement. If the product is not in stock, you will be informed about the estimated delivery date.

Session cookies
Session cookies allow users to normally browse the website and its contents. They enable a correct reception of electronic messages and contents on the website. These cookies are deleted when the user leaves the website.

How can you manage cookies?

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Spica International, d.o.o. has implemented adequate technological and organizational means of protection for payments as well as transfer and storage of personal data.

Spica International, d.o.o. is bound to the permanent protection of all user's personal data. Spica International, d.o.o. will use user's personal data exclusively to fulfil the order, for sending informational materials, quotes, invoices and for other necessary communication. User's data will under no condition be disclosed to unauthorised persons. Users are also responsible for the protection of their personal data by keeping their usernames and passwords secure.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT/RETURN

The replacement process is very simple. You can replace your product within 14 days of the date of delivery. Pack the product you want to return in the original packaging and send it to our address. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter in which you explain the reason for the return. If the invoice does not include you contact data, enclose a letter with your data and write down the product that you want instead. The ordered replacement product will be sent to you as soon as possible. The returned product should not be damaged, and it should be packed in the original packaging with all enclosed accessories, in unchanged quantity and without traces of use. Shipping charges for the returned product are paid by the sender. Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

If you are making a complaint about a product damaged during transportation, you should file your complaint within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Complaints received after this period will not be considered. If there are signs of damages visible upon the delivery of the product, the buyer has the right to reject the shipment and ask the courier to write a complaint letter about the damaged shipment. This enables us to consider the complaint and send a new product to the buyer as soon as possible.

MATERIAL DEFECTS

Material defects occur very rarely. If you think that the products you bought lacked the properties needed for their normal use or transport already when you received them, or that their properties comply with the definition of material defects by the Consumer Protection Act, and you properly notify us about this fact within two months since the defect was identified, you can request one of the following:

  • We repair the material defect of the product free of charge, or

  • We refund your payment proportional to the material defect, or

  • We replace the product with a material defect with a new product in perfect condition, or

  • We refund your entire payment.

Please send us the product to check it. To speed up the process, enclose a letter with the description of the material defect. When sending the product back, be aware that shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. If the claimed defect is not disputable, the issue will be resolved within eight days upon our receipt of the returned product. If the defect is disputable, you will be notified about it within eight days of the delivery of the returned product to Spica International, d.o.o. headquarters.
Attention! If the defect is disputable, we will return the same product in the same condition back to you once the issue is closed. If you want to claim warranty for perfect functioning of the product, you can do it at an authorised service centre once you have picked up the product at Spica International, d.o.o.

Disputes shall be settled at the competent authority respective of the place of establishment of the consumer.

Description of technical details for the conclusion of the contract

When you find the product you want to buy and you want to purchase it at the listed price, click “Add to cart”. If you want to add another product, click “Continue shopping”, and repeat the first step. When you have added all products you want to buy to the cart, you can go to the cart and change the quantities using the + or - buttons, or click x to remove a product.Once you have reviewed your order, click “Next” to continue to the next step. Enter your data into the Billing data field and add any comments under “Additional information” if applicable. Finally, check the box to confirm Spica International, d.o.o. terms and conditions. Click “Submit” to finish your purchase.

Contract between the buyer and the seller

The contract or purchase order is sent to the e-mail address entered by the buyer. One copy of the contract is stored at Spica International, d.o.o. The purchase order can be resent to the buyer upon request.
